Wild Roots Seasonal Half-Day Camps!

Our Seasonal Half-Day Camps (formerly known as "Seasonal Pop-Ups") are joyful, hands-on experiences designed to connect children with the rhythms of the natural world. Each half-day camp follows a gentle, nature-centered flow that includes:

  • Community Circle to build connection and set the tone for the time together
  • Sit Spot time to slow down and observe the beauty of the season
  • seasonally inspired activity (example: cooking a snack over the fire)
  • Time to explore, play, and imagine freely in the woods

REMAINING FALL DATES: November 8 (8am-12pm), November 22 (12-4pm)

FALL LOCATION: Lindenwood Nature Preserve in Fort Wayne, IN

NOTE: Lunch will not be provided during Half-Day Camps, and children do not need to bring a lunch. Snack (cooked over the fire!) will be provided.

These drop-off, outdoor gatherings are perfect for families looking to enrich their child’s learning with meaningful time in nature—whether you're part of our other programs or simply joining for the day.

Our Seasonal Half-Day Camps are also a great way to get a feel for our programs if you're curious about joining our Montessori School, Summer Camps, or other offerings in the future.

Rooted in wonder and guided by the season, each session invites children to connect, create, and thrive in the natural world.
