Terms of Service for Wild Roots Nature Based Learning Summer Camp

Introduction:
Welcome to Wild Roots, a nature-based summer camp for children. By enrolling your child, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in these Terms of Service (the "Terms")

Eligibility:
Wild Roots accepts children ages 3-13 - children must be 3 years of age at time of registration. All campers must meet the required health and safety standards as outlined in the Wild Roots medical form provided upon registration.

Enrollment & Payment:
To secure a spot at Wild Roots, complete the registration form and pay the full enrollment fee. Enrollment is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Health & Safety:
Parents/guardians must provide an accurate medical history and emergency contact information on the forms provided by Wild Roots. By enrolling your child, you consent to medical treatment in case of an emergency.

Camp Schedule:
Camp sessions run from June 2 through August 1 of the enrollment year. Camps will take place at various locations in and around Fort Wayne, Indiana. Wild Roots reserves the right to adjust camp schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as emergency weather conditions or other emergencies, as determined by Wild Roots.

Liability Waiver:
By registering for Wild Roots Summer Camp, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in outdoor activities and all activities conducted at or by Wild Roots, including but not limited to hiking, water play, and nature exploration. Wild Roots is not liable for injuries or accidents.

Code of Conduct:
Campers are expected to follow all camp rules and regulations as determined and published by Wild Roots. Inappropriate behavior, as determined by Wild Roots, may result in suspension or expulsion from camp, at the discretion of camp staff.

Media Consent:
Wild Roots teachers and staff may take photos and videos during camp activities. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By registering your child, you consent to the use of these images.

Communication:
We will communicate important camp updates via email and/or phone at the addresses provided to Wild Roots. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

Termination:
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a child’s participation in the camp for any reasons or no reason, including but not limited to failure to adhere to camp policies or for general safety concerns.
