July Friends of the Forest Summer Camp (formerly known as Nature + Science)

Camp Schedule: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Ages: 3-13
Description: Friends of the Forest invites children to deepen their connection to the natural world through exploration, observation, and care for the environment in and around Fort Wayne. Each day, campers spend extended time in nearby natural spaces, observing plants, animals, and ecosystems in their natural environments. Through hands-on exploration and gentle stewardship, children build awareness of how all living things are connected. Campers develop a sense of responsibility, confidence, and belonging in nature through movement, play, and shared experiences.

Notes:
- The cost for one camp registration is $160.00 per child, so please be sure to purchase the correct number of registrations for your child(ren). 
- Each week of camp requires separate registration. Registering for Friends of the Forest Camp for July 27-31, 2026 does NOT secure a spot for your child in any other Wild Roots camps. Click the words "Add to cart" in the description of each week of camp in order to register for multiple weeks with one purchase.
